Pickup/Delivery Process and Refunds


Pickups start at 11am and all orders must be picked up by 6pm. If possible, we may be able to do an early or late pickup for an additional charge. 

All pickups are scheduled for efficiency purposes. Also, because we are a Licensed and Certified Home Bakery and out of respect for our neighbors, this helps control traffic congestion at our location.

Therefore, in an effort to keep pickups on time, we charge a $15 fee for all orders picked up more than 1/2 hour past the scheduled pickup time. Please be assured, we do not want to charge a fee, we simply want our valued customers to arrive on time so we can best manage the flow of traffic and efficiency.


Deliveries are based on driver availability. Delivery charges will apply based on distance.


Sometimes mistakes happen but we want to avoid them if at all possible. We show all orders to our customers during pickup or delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Once the order has been accepted, paid for and has left our possession, no refunds will be given for design discrepancies.
